We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.
Account Information
- Email address

- Profile photo (uploaded or obtained via login providers)
- Optional profile details (e.g. birthday, gender, bio)
Authentication Data
When you sign in using third-party providers (e.g. Google or Microsoft):
- We store a unique provider identifier
- We do not store passwords, access tokens, or refresh tokens
Usage & Technical Data
- IP address

- Session history and login activity
User Content
- Match results and statistics

Tournament & Payment Data
For tournament participation:
- Registration information provided by users
- Payment identifiers and status
Payments are processed by third-party providers. We store only:
- Transaction IDs
- Order IDs
- Payment status
- Related reference identifiers
We do not store full payment details or card information.

- Provide and operate the service

- Hosting and CDN providers (including Cloudflare, which provides DDoS protection, bot management, and content delivery)

- Authentication providers

These providers may process data outside of Canada.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use:
- Essential cookies (sessions, login persistence)
- Security cookies set by our CDN provider (Cloudflare) for bot protection, rate limiting, and DDoS mitigation — these are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled
- Basic analytics
We do not use advertising cookies.

- Match results: retained indefinitely (core functionality)
- Account data: retained while account is active
- Payment records: retained as needed for auditing and support
- Logs and technical data: retained for a limited period
When an account is deleted:
- Personal identifiers are removed or anonymized
- Match results remain but are no longer linked to the user

You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion (subject to system requirements)

8. Children's Privacy
Rankenstein is intended for users aged 13 and older.
